Shipping & Delivery


As far as the shipping of the goods are concerned. Some goods are shipped at free of cost and some shipping needs shipping charges in order to reach remote places or distance from the shipping place.

We will be using of the best couriers for shipping of the goods, where each shipment will be notified with the tracking number to track the movement of the goods.

Customers are requested to provide full address with pin code / zip code, and any inaccuracies in delivery on account of incorrect address shall not be the responsibility of FINESSE in any manner whatsoever. Please note that “Billing Address” shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.

 In case the Customer wishes to avail other alternate shipping options, FINESSE may at its discretion suggest other options. On special request, FINESSE may also provide special quotes for shipping, in case merchandise order amount is large. Customer may send an email to for further details.

 In case of multiple orders, Customer may receive the same separately, depending on product availability and shipping locations. All products shall be shipped from India.

FINESSE shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency.

FINESSE shall intimate by email, in case of delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in filling an order.

All shipping charges are free except if the customer / buyer is located at rural areas or remote areas, an extra charges would be recovered after cheaking the delivery location of the buyer / customer.

No shipping will be marked as free samples / samples / non commercial value item / shipping will marked at order price only.



Shipment Time:

A ship date will be given to you once your order is placed. It can take up to 10 working days for you to receive your order though the normal transit time should be 5 working days.

Transit Risk:

All orders sent by FINESSE are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. In case of any loss of product while ‘in transit’, FINESSE shall re-process the order.

Tracking of Shipment:

 FINESSE shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.

Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.

A Tracking number will be updated, once the goods are shipped out. The same tracking no. will be sent out to your mail id which was used for placing the orders.

Tracking and the movement of the goods can be tracked vai the respective courier company. With the tracking number mailed to you. 

If there is any changes in the shipping address the fright charges would be calculated and mailed to the customer. On receipt of the difference payment on shipping the product would be dispatched.

Returns & Replacements


FINESSE is keen to provide its customers with a high level of customer service, so as to ensure the complete satisfaction of all its customers. Consequently, FINESSE always aims to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, so as to provide the best quality of products and services.

In the unlikely event that you as the customer are unsatisfied with the product received from FINESSE, you may contact the FINESSE TEAM with your complaints / feedbacks at We will ensure that we revert to you at the earliest, with a satisfactory resolution of your grievance.


Product received in damaged condition / or with manufacturing defect or wrong item

Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of FINESSE as detailed below. Products which fall under exchange or return are mentioned on the product details / Description.

 In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within seven (7) days from the date on which these products are delivered.

 On receipt, in case it is noticed that the external packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, you may either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery indicating the nature of damage or tampering that you observe. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that FINESSE may address the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.


We request you to retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from our customer service team in relation to the same. 

We request that you DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from FINESSE customer service team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, FINESSE does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

 The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that FINESSE shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails. All defective products being returned to FINESSE shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

 All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely, and FINESSE shall have no additional liability in this regard.

 All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to FINESSE within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from FINESSE. Safe receipt of defective product by FINESSE is sole responsibility of the customer, and upon compliance of these provisions, the obligations of FINESSE, if any, under this return policy come into effect

In the event that it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to any act or omission of the customer, then FINESSE may, at its discretion, and if so requested by the customer, make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE SOLE COST OF THE CUSTOMER..

 Obligations of FINESSE

 FINESSE shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately, provided that the customer has fulfilled all its obligations as stated under this return policy.

FINESSE shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. FINESSE shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product and alterations and modifications of the products.

FINESSE shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever, once payment has been made. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the FINESSE, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications. Though, if the customer would like to cancel the product once ordered, FINESSE can give the customer a store credit which can be utilized for their next purchase provided the product is not ready. If the item is already produced then no store credit can be given too.

Notwithstanding the above, FINESSE is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. FINESSE shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately, and shall take necessary action at its sole discretion.


Partial Refunds

In the event that multiple products have been ordered by the customer, if for any reason whatsoever, FINESSE is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, FINESSE shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.


Products once ordered cannot be cancelled. Since products are made specifically on orders cancellation will not be possible.Cancellation of the goods can be done only within the speculated time / before the order is processed 

Credit Issues

Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customer may take about two (2) business days from the date of FINESSE processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.



It is deemed that the customer is aware of the feel of the fabric, as each fabric has a different feel for which the customer is aware of the feel of different types of fabrics.


As it is a digital display colour of the fabric may differ in each system. Hence it is deemed that the customer is aware of the colour correctness.


The customer is aware of the design / pattern / cut / measurement of the fabric and design.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions


All the pricing are fixed as per the design or patterns or measurement of the design ordered for.

If there is any custom made design then the pricing will be calculated accordingly.


All Payments have to be made in advance before processing the goods. The shipment will be done only after the clear payment notification from the bank.

No Credit / No Balance

Modes of Payment are listed at the time of payment in the shopping cart.


If there is any promotions / discounts going on the product the same will be reflecting on the listing of the product. Only one promotion code can be used for one purchase / group of purchase by a single account. 

Viewing Orders

Customer order can be viewed by logging on to your account at .

Customer will be update on every step of the process of the order from processing to dispatch the customer will be updated accordingly 


Updating Account Information
Customer can update their account information any time if they wish to.

Any change in the delivery address after placing the orders the customer has to update the same to us by sending a request for change of address / change in the delivery address.

If the customer requests for the change of delivery address, then there would be recalculation of the shipping charges if there is any difference in the shipping cost then the customer has to make the payment for the difference in the shipping cost, which will be notified to the customer if applicable.
